UU Inclusive Teaching Toolbox

This toolbox is for lecturers who want to create an inclusive curriculum and learning environment. It consists of a collection of guidelines, best practices, instructional strategies, and recommended further reading. It includes specific teaching strategies, tools to discuss diversity and inclusiveness within teaching teams, and a guide with examples to facilitate discussing sensitive topics in class. It is a result from the USO project An Inclusive curriculum and learning environment. The project team has build upon the already developed toolbox Diversity in Education (developed by the Cultural Anthropology department) and materials developed by the USO-project ICUU .
